Expect to invest a little more with a professional – we are not the cheapest but we believe the old adage that “if you pay peanuts you get monkeys”… if the price is cheap, there is always a reason. Don’t leave it to the last minute – as with most “in demand” specialists we are rarely available at short notice. As a guide, our lead time is usually two weeks.

      The Inspection & Quotation Offered Monday to Friday at your convenience. We usually schedule an appointment in a two hour block to allow for variable inspection duration and also travel between appointments. We know your time is valuable and don’t expect you to wait around for us, so by all means request a call from our representative when he is on his way. In the unlikely event that our representative is running behind schedule, you will ALWAYS receive a call to advise you as such.  

      The Job Offered Monday to Friday at your convenience, Saturday or Out of Hours by Arrangement. We understand that life is busy, so if you need to go out whilst the work is being completed, that is fine. Our technicians are reliable and trustworthy.

How do I schedule an inspection / quotation?

How much does an inspection / quotation cost?
Total TileCare will come to your home or business to provide a FREE evaluation of your needs and a written quotation.  

How long does the inspection take?
In most cases, we can inspect the area in 15 – 30 minutes.  

What times do your provide inspections?
We will provide a free inspection Monday to Friday at a time that accommodates your schedule.  

Can you provide an estimate over the phone?
Often, we can provide an indicative price over the phone. However, each job is unique in some way, which is why we provide a free inspection to ensure prices quoted are accurate and complete with no surprises.  

Once decided, how long will it take to schedule the work?
Most of our work can be scheduled within 2 weeks.  

Do you require a deposit? We ask for a 25% booking deposit when the job is scheduled. A minimum of 4 business days notice is required to reschedule a booking, otherwise the booking deposit is forfeited.  

What are your payment terms?
Payment of the balance is due on completion of the job by cash, Visa or Mastercard.
